Co-founders Lee Stewart and Mike Lowes established the business after many years as friends and colleagues. Their shared passion for renewable energy continues to shape a team committed to practical design, quality workmanship and measurable results.

Design Director
Mike is a co-founder and director with more than 30 years of experience in renewable energy. He manages our field assessors and can be found submitting planning applications and designs or visiting commercial and agricultural customers. Customer satisfaction is his biggest passion, and he goes above and beyond to ensure every question and expectation is managed.
Technical Director
Lee is a co-founder and director, as well as our technical specialist. He can be found running commercial projects on site or supporting the team in the office. After starting his career as a plumbing and heating apprentice, Lee developed a passion for design and contracts management and remains a committed advocate for training.
Operations Director
Richard joined the team in 2019 and oversees the day-to-day running of the company. A qualified plumbing and heating engineer, he spent his early career with large blue-chip businesses specialising in procurement and project delivery. Richard ensures projects are costed efficiently and supports complex grid designs.
Installations PV / Electrical Manager
Tia joined in 2020 and oversees the delivery of our solar PV and battery installations. She prides herself on building strong customer relationships and making every installation run as smoothly as possible. Tia also manages our social platforms, sharing recent installations and company news.
Installations Heating Manager
Alan joined the business nine years ago as a heating and plumbing engineer. He now manages and coordinates the heating division and splits his time between the office and site, where he helps train our engineers.
Technical Surveyor
Adam has been with the team since 2021. As our technical surveyor, he visits sites to assess new installations, completes heat-loss calculations and works closely with our managers to ensure every installation is delivered to the highest standard.
Head of Commercial Operations
Richard heads our commercial division. He combines close attention to detail with extensive experience and the latest solar CAD design tools, helping commercial customers receive the right system for their site. He and his team work from our Chester headquarters and visit clients throughout the Midlands, North Wales and North West.
Commercial Business Development Manager
Simon joined in February 2025 and quickly settled into his role supporting commercial solar customers. With a strong background in renewables, he is passionate about helping businesses decarbonise through carefully specified energy systems.
Accounts
Helen has been with the business since the beginning. She oversees the accounts department and manages client and supplier accounts, bringing exceptional organisation and a kind, friendly approach to her work.
Administration
Jenny joined in 2021 and is a vital part of day-to-day office life. She handles administrative duties from customer paperwork to keeping the company fleet on the road. If you call the office, you may already know Jenny's warm and welcoming voice.
Appointment Coordinator
Based at our Chester headquarters, Jan books appointments for our field assessors, surveyors and service teams, helping every customer find a time that fits their commitments.
Senior Field Assessor
Barry is our senior field assessor and one of the longest-serving members of the team. Alongside supporting fellow assessors with his experience and knowledge, he visits potential customers across Worcestershire, Gloucestershire and Herefordshire.
Field Assessor
Anna is one of our field assessors in Cheshire. She visits potential customers, listens to their requirements and guides them through the renewable energy options best suited to their property.
Field Assessor
Gregg is based in Shropshire and also covers the surrounding areas. He meets potential customers on site and guides them through their renewable energy requirements.
Field Assessor
Emma is one of our field assessors serving the North West of England. She visits and supports potential customers as they explore the right renewable technologies for their needs.
Field Assessor
Mario is one of our field assessors based in the Midlands. He visits customers across the region and helps them understand the renewable energy options available for their site.
Electrical Supervisor
Hugh joined as an experienced solar PV installer and qualified electrician. His practical, can-do approach led to his promotion to Electrical Supervisor. He now installs some of our more complex systems and supports our electricians on site.
Technical Support & Maintenance
Craig and Rich make up our dedicated service department. Both began as installation engineers and together bring a decade of company experience, as well as specialist heat-pump and refrigeration qualifications. They are supported by our electrical division to give heating and electrical customers the same outstanding service.
Electrical, Roofing & Groundworks
Our directly employed installers are the backbone of the business. The team includes specialists across electrical, roofing and groundworks, ensuring every commercial solar customer receives qualified, experienced workmanship from the first day on site to final handover.
