Who we are
Horizon Commercial Solar is a trading name of Rural & Country Energy Limited. We operate from rural farm buildings in Saighton, Chester. Although we are a large regional specialist installer, we keep our feet firmly on the ground and bring a family feel to every project.
We believe in transparent, ethical advice and an open-door approach. Many customers become long-standing friends because the same knowledgeable people support them from the first assessment through design, installation and aftercare.
Co-founders Lee Stewart and Mike Lowes established the business after many years as friends and colleagues. Their shared passion for renewable energy continues to shape a team committed to practical design, quality workmanship and measurable results.
